The print bed is automatically leveled by means of high-precision laser measurement and a three-point process during startup and when the print bed is changed. Leveling is performed by two independent motors that ensure optimum adjustment of the print bed.

Fast adjustment

The fully automatic system leveling saves valuable time and is therefore an indispensable function, especially when producing individual parts.

The TiQ 5 uses water-cooled DD4 dual extruder technology and is equipped with the new dual-lift extruders. The water cooling ensures consistent precision of the printing process in continuous operation.

The print heads can be equipped with different nozzles, such as tungsten copper, depending on the application and material selection.

Nozzle replacement is user-friendly and can be carried out in just a few seconds, ensuring that even very special filaments, such as abrasive materials, can be processed without much effort.

The TiQ 5 is equipped with the latest water cooling technology, which takes into account all temperature-sensitive electronic and mechanical components. These include the extruder and laser motors as well as the motors for print bed leveling and filament feeding. The innovative cooling concept ensures high process reliability even when using materials with the highest processing temperature and a long printing time.

The 6mm thick glass ceramic print bed can be heated up to 160°C, and is characterized by improved adhesion of the material to the print bed. This increases both the process quality and the accuracy of fit in the produced component.

The high-quality print bed rests on a cast aluminum plate, which ensures homogeneous heat distribution and remains free of deformation even at the highest temperatures. The easiest way to remove the finished component is to remove the print bed with the produced component from the printer in one easy step.
