Optimal structural design

Main mechanical structures, such as base, column, saddle, etc., are made of Meehanite casting iron with the process of heat treatment to release the residual stress to ensure every actual miniature movement and to maintain a long-lasting accuracy.

An integrated bridge-like design of the column and beam constitutes the best structural rigidity by which the spindle provides stable cutting ability.

The design with 3-axis roller-type high-precision linear guide-ways acquires a quick response in acceleration and deceleration.

3-axis ballscrews, being pre-stretched, can effectively refrain from the thermal deformation and surely guarantee the precise positioning accuracy and repeatability accuracy.

Feature of graphite cutting machine

The fully-enclosed cover apparently reduces the contamination by graphite particles/dusts.

The vacuum intake for graphite particle is right by the side of the table to powerfully remove the graphite particles by suction, to keep it clean and to keep the service life of ballscrew and transmission device longer.

Instead of oil lubrication, the grease lubrication with higher viscosity is applied for graphite cutting so as not to drop oil onto the workpiece (avoiding the contamination by oil onto the workpiece.
